Therapists
Lana has been in practice for over 32 years and did both her undergraduate and graduate work at Wayne State University. Lana treats both men and women dealing with anxiety/OCD, depression, relationship stressors, trauma, narcissistic abuse, grief, loss and self esteem struggles. Early in her career she specialized with children, adolescents and their families primarily focusing on ADD/ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder and parent-child relationships. Lana has extensive training in various treatment modalities including EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), IFS (internal family systems) and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy.) Lana was one of the original founders of the residential treatment center, Promise Village-Home for Children, and has been featured on WMUZ.
Celine obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology: Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University in California and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative: Marketing from California State University, Long Beach.
In Los Angeles, California, she worked with families with cross-cultural issues, adjustment issues, and parent-child relationship; adolescents/young adults with severe mental illnesses, including first onset psychosis, anxiety, depression, and identity struggles; children with ADD/ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, and conduct disorder.
Later in her career, she worked at Henry Ford Behavioral Health in Dearborn, Michigan. She continued to provide quality systematic approach to clients. She has cultural competence and linguistic capabilities that enables her to work with ethnic clients. She understands the struggles and stressors across different cultures and life transitions. Celine recently completed the EMDR therapy training. She hopes to empower clients to live the life they desire living.

Taylor Allen received her Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Moody Theological Seminary and a Bachelors of Arts in Counseling from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois. She volunteered as a peer counselor at a pregnancy center in which she counseled men and women regarding parenting issues, marriage challenges, and healthy relationship issues. Taylor is passionate about pouring into teenagers who are struggling with identity issues, depression, school issues, family issues, and anxiety. While Taylor lived in Chicago, she peer counseled women who escaped from human trafficking.
Taylor believes in empowering each person she talks to. She strives to make her counseling space one that a client can feel comfortable and safe while sharing their experiences. She believes there is hope and healing that can come from any situation. She loves to listen, problem solve, and encourage clients. Taylor specializes in grief and loss, pre-marital and marital counseling, family, adolescents, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Furthermore, Peggy spent 17 years working alongside her husband in ministry, which has fostered empathy for individuals, couples, and families in ministry roles. Her ultimate goal is to empower clients to navigate life challenges, fostering personal, emotional, and spiritual growth.

Andrew received his Master’s degree in Counseling from Oakland University and his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Spring Arbor University. He specializes in addressing self-judgment, anxiety, depression and other forms of mental health distress through individual therapy.
Andrew offers a gentle and self-compassionate approach to therapy which is largely tailored to help clients meet their individual needs and goals. He uses a combination of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), mindfulness, and emotional processing through person-centered therapy. Andrew also offers marriage counseling using the Gottman Method. He also provides Christ-centered psychotherapy to clients who are comfortable with combining counseling with their spirituality. Andrew welcomes the opportunity to assist you or your loved one with a safe place to heal and grow..
